Joe Chester is the idiot/genius responsible for TreeHorn Design and Melbourne Table Company. Many haters believe Joe peaked in 1999, which is a year Joe doesn’t remember very well. Joe’s practice champions local fabrication, honest materials and thrives on the constraints implemented by the Australian manufacturing scene.

Through a process of trial and error, mostly error, Joe has created products that have sold well across the globe, often stolen by unscrupulous companies - Joe needs a lawyer. Joe can often be found in his studio tinkering with ideas, slogging away on things that aren’t instagram worthy and writing in third person.
